If your family is concerned about the custody and parenting time arrangements for your children, the Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau (DRCB) can assist.

This court agency interviews family members and reviews their files, then prepares a report and submits it to the court. The report includes recommendations about custody and/or parenting time that is in the best interest of the child and the family. 

The Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau (DRCB) uses a sliding scale fee based on income to determine fees for services.
