In Summary, the project includes the interior renovation of an existing lobby space. The work

includes associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, communications, and technology for the

St Joseph County, IN County City Building.

All work for this Project will be under a single prime contract. Construction shall be in accordance

with the Contract Documents.

In accordance with Title VI, all reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure that individuals of all demographics are provided equal access to bid information. St. Joseph County will not knowingly accept any contract in which the contractor discriminates based on sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, age, handicap, status as a veteran, or as a disabled veteran.

St. Joseph County Government reserves the right to reject all quotes or to accept the one(s) which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of St. Joseph County.
