The Highway Division is responsible for a variety of roadway maintenance functions within the Right-of-Way, including but not limited to:
- Chip sealing
- Crack sealing
- Road patching
- Snow and Ice removal
- Street sweeping
- Traffic signage
- Pavement striping and markings
- Berming and maintaining roadside ditches
- Repairing and cleaning culverts, storm sewer pipes, and structures
- Removal of road obstructions such as trees, branches, etc.
