There are two locations to serve the citizens of St. Joseph County:
828 Kerr St. South Bend 46601. Hours 8:30-4 Monday-Friday, 8-12 Saturday.
1105 E Fifth St. Mishawaka 46544. Closed till Spring of 2024
Drop Off Hazardous Waste
Electronics from businesses and institutions will be accepted only through prior arrangements with the district. St. Joseph County residents will be able to deliver electronics to the HHW sites during regular business hours.
The Household Hazardous Waste Center (HHW) in South Bend will be closed on the following days:
- November 23, 24, 25 2023 for Thanksgiving
- December 25, 2023
- January 1 2024
- January 15, 2024
