County City Building COVID-19 Clinic closed November 25th, 26th, 27th for Thanksgiving

COVID-19 Vaccinations are given in the lobby of the County City Building for those 5 years and older Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:20 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.

Pfizer 1st dose: for 5 years and older

Pfizer 2nd dose:  for 5 years and older

Pfizer Booster: For individuals who received a Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, the following groups are eligible for a booster shot at 6 months or more after their initial series: 65 years and older. Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings. Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions.

  • Childhood immunizations are provided at the South Bend and Mishawaka location between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

  • Please bring your most recent and up to date copy of the immunization record to appointment

  • Immunization administrative fees are $15 per injection for eligible children. Medicaid for children is accepted

  • Adult immunization administrative fees vary

Change in Vaccine Coverage

Starting February 2020, we can bill most insurance companies.

Starting February 1, 2012, children with private insurance that cover vaccines (including those that require a deductible, a co-pay, or percentage based coverage) will not be eligible to receive publicly funded vaccine.

Administered at both Immunization Clinics (when available).
Cost: Varies, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, sorry no Checks.
